At Babycudler, we understand how important timely delivery is when it comes to your baby’s needs. Every order is packed with care to ensure safe and reliable delivery across India.

🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India, including metro cities, Tier-1, Tier-2, and most rural areas.

If your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you within 24 hours of placing the order.

⏳ Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • FREE Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499
  • Orders below ₹499: ₹49–₹79 (calculated at checkout)

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on most orders across India
  • A small COD handling fee may apply

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • SMS / Email / WhatsApp notification
  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment

If tracking details are not updated within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

❌ Undelivered Orders

If delivery fails due to:

  • Unreachable phone number

The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
